Vegetarian soup for cold and cough

When white blood cells are not enough to fight then your body becomes weak. With vegetarian soup for cold and cough you can boost your immune system. And finally you will be the winner of this war.

1st vegetarian soup for cold and cough

Ingredients for Vegetarian soup for cold and cough

Stem fresh celery: ½ kg

Carrot: 2 average

Stock: 4 glasses

Potato: 1 big diced

Garlic: 2 average

Rice: 200 g

Parsley: 1 cup chopped

Lemon juice: 2tbs

Paste tomato: 2 tbs

 Method:

Add stock to a cooker and add the diced potato, celery, chopped garlic to it. Put it for one hour to get well cooked. Then add washed rice and chopped parsley and lemon juice and paste tomato and let it cook.

Then mix the soup and add Vermicelli and let Vermicelli as well cook. If you want you can add potato, carrot, and Turnip.

2nd vegetarian soup for cold and cough

Ingredients for Vegetarian soup for cold and cough:

Stem fresh celery: ½ kg

Onion: 2

Stock: 3-4 glasses

Apple: 2

Butter: 400g

cream cheese: 100g

Parsley: ½ cup diced

Salt and pepper: as much needed

Lemon juice: 2 tbs

Method:

Dice the celery and onion then add stock and put it on heat. And wait till it boils. And decrease the heat so that it cooks relax. After this dice apple and fry it with butter. Then add it to soup. Put butter and some of apple for garnishing of soup. Dice cream cheese and add it to soup.

To make your soup dense, add two spoon corn flour. Add salt and pepper and for taste you can add lemon water. (Remember that lemon is containing vitamin C which empowers your body’s immune). After some minutes when you see your soup is ready to eat, dish out it in a bowl and garnish it with fried apple and butter and chopped parsley.
